Luis Melendez is a storyteller that works in North and  Latin America.  His wide variety of work is often described as “editorial excellence” and “highly crafted visual narratives.”  As a young child, Luis first gained his passion for creating when he assisted his father, often times only carrying the photography equipment bag.  However, many years later Luis has dedicated his life to art with the goal of expressing his creative vision in the form of inspiring content.  His work has been exhibited in many national galleries and featured in countless respected publications.  He has had the privilege of working alongside award winning commercial photographers and industry leading educators in an attempt to find his own personal vision.  Recently, Luis had a revelation and decided to utilize his acquired talents to focus his attention on creating editorial and storytelling content.  His   experience and visual sensitivity play a major roll in creating the best possible image for any particular need.  Although he is always seen helping a client’s dream come to fruition, you can still find him with a 35mm or a Hassy film camera translating his unique perspective of the world into powerful imagery.
